ReferencesAll our clients require us to provide references on all candidates employed through Page Personnel Secretarial & Business Support. We would appreciate your help in obtaining your references to enable us to find you work quickly and to ensure that your temporary employment runs as smoothly as possible. The referencing process is handled by our referencing team. Your cooperation with them will be greatly appreciated.Please note – we are unable to send you on any temporary work assignments without your employment checks being completed. Where there are gaps in your employment we will require a personal reference who is a working professional to cover that gap. We require references for the past five years.Passport and right to work in the UKPlease bring along your passport when you come in and meet with your Page Personnel Business & Secretarial consultant so that we can officially register you as a candidate.Unless you're a British citizen or a resident of one of the EEA states, you may need a visa before you can work in the UK. Please note that we can only assist with your job search if you are able to confirm your eligibility to work in the UK.Credit checksOur financial services clients, including all the investment banks, require credit checks to be carried out on all temporary workers. For this, we will need to know:The addresses you have lived for the past six yearsTwo proofs of address for current address (mobile bills will not be accepted)We will never run a credit check without your prior consent.Educational certificatesWe require your latest educational certificates, eg. degree, A-level, GCSE or secretarial qualifications. Please bring the originals for us to copy for our records as some of our clients will request to see them.RemunerationOn confirmation of a booking we’ll send you a profile of the company and a form to fill out with your bank details; make sure you return this to our payroll department as soon as possible.
