Throughout her career, she has focused on working to support individuals to secure and sustain employment. Over this time Suzanne has worked with many employers to help them identify and overcome challenges to supporting individuals in the workplace. Her role has seen her develop, grow, and lead a highly successful specialist employment service within Autism Plus that has a national reach providing pre-employment support through to in-work support for individuals with a range of Autism Spectrum Conditions. Suzanne has also been involved in many local and national pieces of work around the development and improvement of services for adults with autism having previously represented on the Dept of Health - National Autism Programme Board at Westminster for 4 years where she was involved in the development and implementation of the National Adults Autism Strategy and subsequent Statutory Guidance.
