At Butternut, our mission is to deliver health and happiness to dogs and their humans all over the world. In order to do just that, we need a team of forward-thinking, driven people who love dogs as much as we do. And we need quite a big kitchen too. Which is precisely why we've built one.
Located in Doncaster, Rudie's Kitchen will be the place where all the magic happens, so to speak.
It's where our tasty meals and treats will be gently cooked, using human-quality ingredients because, the way we see it, we wouldn't serve food to our dogs that we wouldn't be happy to eat ourselves. We think dogs deserve better, and if that's something you think too, we want to hear from you.
We've come a long way since Kev & Dave hand-delivered the first Butternut Box, and we're now looking for brilliant people who share our ambition to join us for this next part of our story.

I feel respected and valued, and thankfully my hard work and dedication has led to promotion. In under two years, I’ve progressed from brand ambassador to Regional Manager. Now, I manage a team of 20, overseeing sales and business development operations across the South West.

My current role is working within the Customer Love team where I talk to all our pup parents on multiple platforms, as well as our potential customers to help them on their way to becoming fully fledged Butternutters.
