Here are ten top tips to deal with being overloaded at work, so you can stop feeling stressed and make sure that your productivity, mental health, and overall career path don't suffer any more than necessary.
One of the main reasons why people feel overwhelmed at work is a lack of time to get everything done. When this happens, it's crucial to step back and reassess your situation. Time management is key. If you have a supportive line manager, ask for a quiet word in private and let them know you're struggling to get everything done - they might be too distracted by their own deadlines to have even noticed.
